Celestite Meaning and Healing Properties

Celestite is a mineral named for its occasional delicate blue coloring and known for its high frequency and sacred energies. Occurring as crystals, Celestite is mostly found in sedimentary rocks often associated with minerals such as gypsum and halite. Celestite can be found worldwide, but the popular blue crystal specimens reside in Madagascar.

The mineral works well with the comprehensive state, allowing one to recall and to acknowledge both one’s spirituality and the gifts of the Divine (also the gifts of “divine-intervention”).  It is a “stone for balance”, acting as an equilibrate to outside forces, and stabilizing the yin-yang values within one’s energy field. Celestite assists in the alignment of the n-dimensional energy centers with those of the ethereal domain, and promotes continence in the clearing, energizing, and perfecting the chakras. An excellent healing stone, blue Celestite acts to cleanse the area of affection, transmuting pain and chaos into light and love, while further stimulating the energy of the well-ness in areas which have been addressed via cleansing.

Celestite is a “bright hope” in days of despair, promoting calmness and harmony while providing for an increase in one’s avocation. Known to relieve stress and anxiety, it takes the perfect shape to carry around for those in need of positive energy and release of nervousness. It sometimes appears that the stone is inhabited by the “fairy of good fortune”; the dismissal of worries, the freedom of movement, and the energetic pursuit of intangibility being fostered -with the clarity of, and approval by, the intellect. It is also a “stone for astral travel”, providing the freedom to access predetermined sites and assisting one to surrender to the inner peace required.  It is also an excellent assistant for dream recall.  Celestite can promote a pleasant disposition and can provide for fluency in communication.

Healthwise, Celestite sends energy to organs of higher chakras and can help with disorders that are related to eyes, ears, nose, and throat. Also acting as a detoxifier and pain reliever, Celestite is good for those who have muscular pain, brain imbalances, and cellular disorders. It is a great tool for meditation bringing in perfect angelic universal energy.

Labradorite ranges in opaque dark grays to sometimes, nearly black. Within it, however, are mild to intense iridescent rainbows and prisms. The rainbow colors are often blues, from indigo to cerulean to sage green, but mostly colors of the typical rainbow we see in the sky. In some Labradorite, the rainbows will be small, and in some pieces, the rainbow will span the width and length of the crystal’s dark grey backdrop.
